Master Kamal (Suresh Kamal Srinivas), citizen of India, is a world recognized yoga master, teacher of other advanced yoga masters and students, registered teacher of Yoga Alliance, U.S.A. certified Ayurveda Counselor and Practitioner, U.S.A and internationally proclaimed one of the eight great Indian yoga masters. My father Dr. Rajkamal, is my first Guru. Because of his childhood propensity for frequent illness, his father, began to train him at age five in cardio, calisthenics, yoga and meditation in an attempt to improve his health. His father’s friend, an army boxer, and other martial arts instructors also taught him boxing, kung-fu and karate, thus building his stamina, speed and power.

Dr. Shekhar Annambhotla, who was trained in India and has been practicing and teaching ayurveda worldwide since 1988. Ayurveda is not just a system of alternative system of healing, but is actually a comprehensive and ancient science of health. It is Shekhar’s belief that due to the open nature of ayurveda and its timeless principles, it is a boon to those of us living in the modern, stressful world. Shekhar’s mission is to educate and help people live healthier lives with Ayurveda. Shekhar has the opportunity to serve at Maharishi Vedic Schools and Universities around the globe. What is Tri-Dosha Yoga?
The word ‘tri’- means 3 and ‘Dosha’ means ‘imbalance’. Tri-Dosha Yoga is a combination of Yoga and Ayurveda. It teaches you about the dynamic integration between our environment, body, mind, and spirit. You will learn the secrets of ancient wisdom in gaining insight and understanding the 3 doshas and realizing full human potential. . This Tri-Dosha Yoga course impact every area of a person’s life from their physical, mental and emotional health to their confidence and sleep quality. Issues such as stress management, overweight, hormonal imbalance and dozens of other chronic ailments can be managed, cured or eliminated.
These methods are much more effective and result oriented, than just doing yoga or following a diet without knowing your dosha (Body type).
This course will help with the knowledge of:
Abhyanga –various self-massage techniques to relieve stress, migraine, sleep disorders, muscle weakness, join pain, skin irritations and for glowing anti-aging skin
Rasayana - the science of promoting longevity and the herbal remedies, yogic methods used to maintain optimal health as well as to reverse the effects of aging.
Eligible: No experience needed. This course is great for beginners, yoga, fitness, and Ayurveda and experts as well.
