Abstract: Now-a-days Chloasma has become a biggest problem in the field of cosmetology. It harms the beauty of face. So person may suffer from inferiority complex, anxiety, stress and isolation. It is a painless condition for body but painful for mind. In Ayurveda vata and pitta mainly held responsible for the causation of the disease Chloasma which is of serious concern so far as the cosmetological point of view for the patients. The study was carried out to evaluate the efficacy of Panchakola Ghrita along with external application of Mukhakantikara cream and Gharshan (Microdermabrasion with aluminum oxide crystal) in the management of Chloasma.
