Abstract: Many who have used ayurveda for healing have also used other traditional methods. A more in depth application of ayurveda can be reached by combining the meditative practices of yoga, yoga nidra and the quantum breath meditation. Yoga initiates healing from the inner core of your being, connecting to the restorative, regenerative, rejuvenative powers of your energy/prana body; ayurvedic treatments release toxins stored in the physical body. Toxic, rigid emotional patterns are effectively removed with meditation based yogic techniques that heal from the inside out. As a result, the combined practice of yoga and ayurveda can become the wings for the self-healing wisdom of your complete being. A guided experience into the inner depths of meditation will be part of this program
