Abstract: Ayurveda has shown promising results in many clinical conditions such as hypothyroidism, cholelithiasis, bronchial asthma, Grade I to Grade III CRF, and ovarian dysgenesis. In two cases of ovarian dysgensis treated with ayurveda by the author, it is observed that in both subjects, the ovaries appeared within one year of treatment, while the infant uterus increased in size. Radiologists and gynecologists confirmed the cases’ progress. Ayurvedic approach in diagnosis, as well as management, relevant USG reports and hormone assays are presented. This study emphasizes the necessity for the restriction of magic remedies act to modern medicine (EBM) and not to ayurveda.
