How to do train metabolic yoga fit:
Please do one video at a time 3-4 times a week and move on to the other. For some they are easy and for some it is difficult. But a week of training is actually to RE-SHAPE your metabolism.
Please know that these moves are a combination of Fitness, yoga, and dynamic breathing specifically designed to increase and boost fat metabolism and it is not a TRADITIONAL YOGA practice session.
With many years of training in Yoga, Ayurveda and fitness I developed this knowing, that only if only the asana is performed with INTENSITY and tension that I call it as 'Asana Under Tension' (AUT) does work wonders in boosting metabolism. The whole training program takes 30 min and please do as fast as you can and as Intense as possible. Rest when you need it and not when you want.
